I am a mentor for working moms, full-time Director of recruitment for YDO a nonprofit organization, podcast host, blog founder and writer of the Working Mom Balanced, and mom to two wildly beautiful kids. The BIG mission is to support and empower working moms who are feeling burnt out and overwhelmed with their different responsibilities and instead want to find joy amidst the chaos of juggling work, home and kids. You CAN self-define balance on your terms! Don’t be afraid or intimidated by the word (and society’s pressures of what it is supposed to look and feel like).
