Our delivery of the Working Well Early Help programme, under MAXIMUS HealthWorks, provides free specialist support to people with a disability or health condition who are struggling at work, on sick leave, or newly unemployed in Greater Manchester.
Suitable for those working for small and medium enterprises, large employers, as well as the public sector, this support includes:

* Workplace adjustments
* A return to work plan.
The programme is jointly commissioned by Greater Manchester Combined Authority and the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership. It is delivered by MAXIMUS HealthWorks, Pathways CIC and part funded by the European Social Fund.
