Working With Me™ is an inclusive team performance approach, designed for the reality of fast-moving, mixed-experience teams. It’s especially effective for teams that include neurodiverse and underrepresented members, because it’s grounded in universal design and built around how the individuals in your team actually work. At its centre is a structured team workshop, supported by a practical process that helps people reflect, reset and agree how they work best together.
