WorkingSmart Erasmus+

WorkingSmart Erasmus+ Project is a two-year-long Erasmus+ project co-funded by the European Union. It began in November 2021 and will be completed in October 2023. The development of remote working requires high levels of time managements and self-discipline, and reveals new challenges for workers and companies. This is why WorkingSmart builds on a strategic partnership between business and education to broaden the skill set of HR managers in public and private organizations, including owners and managers in micro and small companies. Also, by enhancing online and entrepreneurial skills, the project supports the digital transition of European MSMEs to face the current challenges and create flexible and intelligent working environments. With the participation of 6 partners from across Europe, the project benefits from varied and diverse knowledge and resources and offers an innovative training program through an online platform. European professionals benefiting from this project will be capable of creating flexible working environments by modifying their working methods and acquiring new skills adapted to today’s challenges.
