Co-founded by Michael Stellwag and a long-time friend & colleague, Bill Owen, Working With Heart serves markets worldwide. Bill and I actively meet prospective clients who are interested in improving their corporate culture or other HR operations. our forthcoming book is well underway, with an eye towards publishing in 2021.
With its base in Ireland, its principals are based in Dallas, USA and Doha, Qatar. Bill Owen, based in Dallas, is Chief Culture Officer and co-founder of Working With Heart. Michael Stellwag serves as its Chief Operating Officer and co-founder. Combined, they hold more than 65 years of leadership experience, including more than 35 years helping brands develop their corporate cultures, particularly in the service sector.
