I help organisations, teams and individuals work better and do better work. I draw on 30+ years B2B tech marketing and management consulting experience. I use a three step approach to support marketers and sellers: 1. Understand the root cause of any challenge or opportunity. 2. Build bespoke business blueprints that leverage design thinking, agile marketing, visual scribing, SPIN, HBDI, LEGO Serious Play and other approaches to work through the challenge or opportunity. 3. The outcomes of each step build to a repeatable solution along with the knowledge and skills gained in working through the blueprint.
