Workout Vision

Workout Vision is a platform for virtual personal training and fitness. WV hosts workout programs designed by expert personal trainers for different fitness categories, difficulty and duration. WV is equipped with an AI personal workout recommendation system to choose the best workout session for the users based on their current state, fitness goals, past performance and their commitment. Workout Vision shows the demo and goals for each movement and streams live workout videos of users directly to machine learning servers to analyze the motion by comparing the body pose to the expert dataset in order to detect mistakes in near real time. WV has multiple dashboards to create customized immersive workout sessions and programs. Users have access to analysis and visualization dashboard for their past performance, progress, videos and detailed movement analysis. WV is a web application that can run on any device. There is absolutely no need for any device other than users phones or laptops.
