Workplace Respect

Welcome to a collective service that is driven by the desire to focus on the stability, safety and wellbeing of individuals, teams and leaders within our workplaces. We look forward to working alongside each workplace to support the functionality of teams and individuals and provide workplace support to create equitable and safe workplaces. Workplace Respect provides integrated workplace support including domestic and family violence training, sexual harassment training, resilient workplace development, trauma informed approaches and policy and development review. Workplace Respect recognises the importance of having a parallel focus of providing support to workplaces as well as the resources necessary to provide trauma informed support. Through a combined collective response, Co-Directors Kat Baulch, Jacque Lachmund and Matt Pronger, draw upon their combined professional and personal experience of 50 years to provide services to workplaces, leaders, HR teams and Executives across Australia to lean in and have courageous conversations so that we can all create Respect@Work.
