We are Registered Occupational Therapists and Canadian Registered Safety Professionals with over 25 years of experience in the areas of disability management, occupational health, safety, and wellness. We provide Occupational Therapy services for return to work, customized Health & Safety training and consulting services for your organization. Our rehabilitation and disability management consultants use a strengths-based approach to identify the existing strengths, capabilities and resources of the worker and the workplace to ensure return-to-work success. We specialize in Physical Demands Analysis, Cognitive Demands Analysis, Job Demands Analysis, Office Ergonomic Assessments, and Job Match Assessment for return to work and job accommodation. Workplace Safety & Wellness Solutions is focused on providing onsite workplace assessments including Physical Demands Analysis, Cognitive and Sensory Demands Analysis, Job Match Assessments for permanent accommodation, Ergonomic Office Assessments, as well as customized Occupational Health & Safety Assessments and Training. We work with employers across Ontario and regularly perform jobsite assessments in the Greater Toronto Area (including York, Durham, Peel, Halton, Barrie), our coverage extends to Hamilton and Niagara Region, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, as well as Southwestern and Eastern Ontario.
