Wound-X, a privately held medical device development company announces Clearly Healed, its newest advanced wound care product line for diabetic ulcer treatment. Clearly Healed is an innovative wound care device with both Tel-med and traditional office applications. Clearly Healed incorporates a multi-layered, hydrogel dressing having a transparent viewing portal into an easy to wear, unitary, lightweight garment. This unique combination allows for wound self-monitoring while simultaneously encouraging patient activity. Clearly Healed is designed for unlimited customization of the garment and the portal by both shape and size. Additionally, our design enables the use of any new or proprietary hydrogel formulations. Clearly Healed products ensure superior treatment of pressure ulcers, burns, and trauma injuries that occur in all common wound areas. Our easy to apply, stretch- netting allows our products to comfortably fit the heel, elbow, and hip areas and can be adapted to other parts of the body. Clearly Healed has been recently granted two US patents along with five international patents. We are actively seeking partnerships or joint ventures.
