Women as mechanics is a not heard of scenario in India and extremely rare in the world while there are a very high percentage of women who own a vehicle. These days women can get into armed forces both as soldiers and also as officers, they can get into the electricity department as both line-workers and of-course engineers then why cant they own a workshop and also have an all women servicing crew. There is no occupation these days that is considered as gender specific then why not train women break another glass ceiling. Women learning a new skill and becoming financially independent either as entrepreneurs or as skilled workers. The crew and mechanics are hands on with an APP based service CONSUMER BENEFITS Safety is a key issue faced by women car owners today while getting their cars serviced or also giving their cars for service pick ups. At WOW Garages the front end & back end staff will be all women it would be a great step towards getting the trust and confidence of the woman car owners. Since WOW garages proposes to be an all women garage at the backend as well supported by the IMW Care Foundation it would be a great experience for a woman car owner to drive in and getting the car serviced through an all women crew. The three objectives of women safety, educating the women about their vehicle related issues that they can freely discuss and also helping in generating women employment is being handled seamlessly.
