Our mission is clear: to dismantle systemic barriers by advancing financial justice, delivering AI-powered small business skills training, and integrating mental wellness as a foundation for personal and collective growth. We equip individuals not just to navigate systems—but to reimagine and rebuild them. At the heart of our strategy is the Collaborative AI Group (CAiG)—a global initiative, in it's prototype phase, where women and allies are not just users of technology, but co-creators of AI-powered solutions that address exclusion, digital displacement, small business gaps, and mental health inequities. CAiG is seeking to reshape what inclusive, human-centered AI looks like on the ground. WOYA creates intentional environments/ empowerment circles—grounded in respect, trust, and accountability—where innovation, healing, and leadership can take root.
