wrAPT Disability Support Coordination + Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (wrAPT) help NDIS participants to use their funding flexibly and creatively whilst promoting learning growth and development. wrAPT have contemporary expectations of living with disability and disability supports including the importance of friends and family. wrAPT provide capacity building services to help NDIS participants build their confidence and coordinate their supports.
How we connect.
wrAPT will spend some time with you face-to-face, or remotely, to get to know you. We’ll talk about your goals and needs, and discuss the services you would like to access. We will also work behind the scence to research providers, prepare for meeting, write reports, and develop action plans.
wrAPT consider the role of family and friends, community, and mainstream support available to engage wraparound supports that enfold, embrace, and surround our clients to build their capacity and achieve the goals in their plan. Where other government services are required, we will work with our clients to access these supports and services.
wrAPT ensure our clients supports are appropriate, intelligent, and relevant to their circumstances, needs and preferences in line with the funding available in their plan.
wrAPT help our clients design the right mix of supports and services to help them pursue their goals. This includes NDIS-funded, informal, community and mainstream supports.
