The US Women's Rugby Foundation (USWRF) is a non-profit committed to the growth of girls and women's rugby. In 2017, working closely with a broad base of coaches, administrators, journalists and referees, we established the Women's Rugby Coaches and Referees Association, the professional association for women coaches, referees and administrators.
MISSION
Founded in 2005 the US Women's Rugby Foundation is committed to fostering and sustaining the growth of girls and women's rugby. USWRF is a non-profit organization.
VISION
The Foundation seeks to be:
• An advocate and resource for players, coaches, referees, administrators, journalists and their allies to advance girls and women in rugby;
• A research site for scholars and practitioners; and
• A benefactor for the women's national and developmental teams.
