Wrexham Miners Project

The Wrexham Miners Project works to preserve the building in memory of the brave people who trained here and to provide a cultural hub for the local community. For many years, the building stood empty. Due to neglect and financial constraints, it is now in need of significant refurbishment and investment. We are working to rebuild and renovate damaged parts of the building to house a museum, art studio and community rooms. The Project has received valuable support from individuals, local businesses and government-funded bodies, but there is still a huge amount of work to be done. We need your help!
