W.S. Cumby was founded in 1981 by William Cumby, Sr. and William (Bill) Cumby, Jr. We are proud to see it enter its 40th year under the leadership of Bill, Jr. and William (Bill) Cumby, III. As owners, we are intimately involved in every project W.S. Cumby takes on. Our offices are in Springfield, Delaware County, PA. W.S. Cumby offers Construction Management, General Contractor, and Design Build services. We offer the detail-focused approach and craftsmanship of a boutique construction manager with the expertise and market presence of a larger firm.
