“WSRP” is the brand under which WSRP, LLC, and WSRP Advisory LLC provide professional services to their respective clients. WSRP, LLC, and WSRP Advisory LLC operate together in an alternative practice structure in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable law, regulations and professional standards. WSRP, LLC, is a licensed CPA firm that independently provides attest and other assurance services to its clients. WSRP Advisory LLC and its subsidiary entities provide non-attest service, such as tax and business advisory services to their clients. While WSRP Advisory LLC and its subsidiary entities may employ certified public accountants, they are not licensed CPA firms. The entities falling under the WSRP brand are independently owned and operated, and are not liable for the services provided by any other entity providing services under the WSRP brand. Our use of the terms “our Firm” and “we” and “us” and terms of similar import, denote the alternative practice structure of WSRP, LLC, and WSRP Advisory LLC.
