Our mission, while we cater to the needs of women via the organization’s resources and network, is ultimately to build a bridge between the female community and government so that the cities/nation that we cherish and want to be a party to shaping can provide us the enabling environment we need to maximize potential and meaningfully contribute. We envision a nation, beginning in Calgary/Alberta, where there is genuine equity and women are no longer encumbered from advancement and representation so that our society becomes one where female giants (in all vocations) are nurtured.
