Western Title Company was founded by Ervin J. Brandt in 1963 under the firm belief that a title company should be a trusted third-party to real property transactions. We still hold tight to those beliefs today. Our interest is in each deal individually, not in any specific real estate company or agent. We are proud to serve Lubbock and the surrounding areas with both residential and commercial title services. We are a locally owned and operated title company, employing your neighbors and friends. Our title examiners conduct all Lubbock County title searches in-house, using our records that go all the way back to the late 1800's. We can also offer 100% remote online closings, give us a call today for all the details. We offer a few different resources to help real estate agents. We host quarterly continuing education classes over a variety of topics such as commitments, contracts, legal updates, and even marketing CE classes over topics like Canva and TikTok. 100% of the fees collected from these classes are always donated to a different, local non-profit. Realtors can earn their required CE credits and help us give back to our own Lubbock community! We post upcoming CE class dates on our website and social media pages. Our own escrow officers are able to teach CE classes too!
