Wuxi Micro Research Co., Ltd., started as a Sino-Japan joint venture, providing world first-class high precision toolings (progressive dies) and CNC machined parts for industries like air conditioning, automotive, electronics, etc.
We are the very FIRST foreign-invested tooling company entering China market in 1994. China's first set of air conditioning fin die was also born in our company in 1998. We also developed first high end Seating Track Tools for automotive industry.
We have passed the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 certifications. Our quality standard and service have gained favorable feedback from world well-known companies from the very beginning.
We also have a precision stamping parts division with normal speed presses and high speed presses, manufacturing stamped parts for automotive industry.
Tooling sections are: designing, feasibility analysing, maching scheduling, milling and turning, surface grinding, profile grinding, circular grinding, jig grinding, EDM, Wire-Cutting, polishing, quality inspecting, assembling, test-running, packaging, warehousing, etc.
Adding the global cooperation with CMS from 2016, we became the first and only company that can design and make fin dies for typical presses from USA, JAPAN, ITALY and China.
Now we have sub-companies in Howe, Indiana, Milian and Tokyo, to provide local service to customers. In India we have service partner, and a grinding shop for after sales repairing will be set up in Mumbai at the end of 2019.
