WWV Labs

WWV Labs is a female talent-matching platform, co-founded by two Harvard students, committed to connecting female undergraduates and recent graduates with startups, addressing the gender gap in entrepreneurship. We are committed to giving startups a competitive advantage by connecting them with top female talent for ad hoc projects, internships, and full-time roles. Our network of female undergraduates, who applied through our platform, includes over 800 fellows from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, UPenn, UC Berkeley, and other top universities. These fellows bring exceptional credentials, including software engineers from top tech companies like Nvidia and Amazon, founders of successful startups, digital marketing leads driving growth at emerging startups, and some of the first undergraduates to earn degrees in AI.
