As an executive psychologist, I coach CEOs and successful entrepreneurs and business founders – people who have it all on paper, but are starting to wonder what's next in their life or work.
I use a unique combination of psychology and coaching, based on what I’ve seen first-hand make a difference for the tens of thousands of people I’ve taught in organisations like Google, Coca Cola, the European Central Bank, the Irish Stock Exchange and LinkedIn, and the many hundreds of people I've coached individually.

I’m a chartered psychologist with a PhD in Psychology, a certified senior coach (EMCC) and I’ve developed a unique way of coaching based on 20 years’ providing leadership development and executive coaching to Board level and working with Fortune 500 companies.
I also do keynote speaking on topics that inspire and help people to live and work at their best like my very popular talk 'Better Not Busier' and am a speaker on the IMI Senior Executive Programme.
