WWW Services LLC is a group of talented people focused on making things better. The mission of the team is to find businesses and organizations that need a disconnected perspective to identify opportunities for improvement, put plans together to strengthen the adoption of improvements, lead the projects through the change management aspects to embed the improvements, and seal up any loose ends to ensure and endure the improvements through a transitioned culture. WWW Services LLC follows the Cultural Transformative Cyclic Improvement Methodology to engage all levels of an organization. Using a variety of tools and approaches--such as Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean, Scoreboarding, Value-Stream Mapping, and more--the team works with leaders, managers, and contributors to the execution of current processes, procedures, and activities to gain a strong picture of a current state, which allows a consistent approach to measuring the effect of the transition.
