We are SPAN (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara a.k.a NATIONAL WATER SERVICES COMMISSION) approved consultants and we deal mainly with IWK (Indah Water Konsortium), SYABAS (Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor) and TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) in regards to permit running and procurement procedures for authority submissions. We act as an agent (liaison) between clients and the personnel within the various building departments such as clerks and officers from local or state government agencies. We assist our client in matters in regards to the law that requires permits to protect the end user with safe conditions while ensuring that those performing the construction are qualified. We provide construction services, door to door despatch delivery, collection & submission services for clients such as: Residential & Commercial Developers Main & Sub Contractors Architect Consultants & Firms Engineering Consultants & Firms (C&S , M&E) Direct Home/Building Owners many more We deal with the below authority departments: IWK - SYABAS - TNB - BOMBA - LAND OFFICE DEPARTMENT DBKL, MBSA, MBPJ, MPSJ, MPKJ, MPS, MPK, MPAJ, MPSP, MDKS, MDSB, MDHS, MDKL AUTHORITIES DEPARTMENT OUR SCOPE OF WORK: SEWER, WATER & ELECTRICAL CONTRACT WORK, SUBMISSION & FOLLOW-UP FOR PLANNING, BUILDING PLAN, ROAD PERMIT, BUSINESS PERMIT, BOMBA PERMIT, WATER APPLICATIONS, IWK INSPECTION, SEARCH LAND TITLE FROM LAND OFFICE.
