X Life

X Life is a digital social game designed to help school communities measure and build upon a positive school and classroom culture. Using inquiry based learning, virtual coaches guide players through real life and digital quests based on health outcomes set by the school. Machine learning and predictive algorithms curate well-being content that is delivered daily into the classroom, into the family home and to a student’s device. Natural language processing helps to assess student’s mental, emotional and social well-being to provide real time feedback to administrators and parents on the health of their child. Reward mechanisms and an online school-based social community is built into the game to reinforce and celebrate positive behaviour. The ultimate goal of the game is to build healthy habits - not just for the students but for the entire school community.
