Founded by an ARB Registered Architect with 30+ years experience, X Plans can provide assistance with any aspect of the design process, ranging from simple tasks taking just a few hours to whole packages of work. FOR BUSINESS: The X Plans service is based on the founders experiences of both running practices and working for others, so is designed to provide the solution he would have wanted as both a business owner and freelancer. We aim to work with our clients to create a cost effective solution to their needs, resourcing the work and managing the whole process to ensure we meet the brief, timescale and budget. This is not just an introduction service - we actively manage the process and take control of the production of information. FOR FREELANCERS: X Plans gives the opportunity for Architects, Assistants and Technicians to work flexibly, without having to set-up their own company, keep accounts or take-out expensive PI Insurance. Once registered on our platform, professionals can browse the available projects, choose the ones they like and apply for the position.
