x8academy is a software engineering academy that consists of highly skilled and experienced mentors. It does internal trainings for companies and mentors students. Our mentors have 55 years of total industry experience working for SAP, VMware, Amazon, Microsoft, Pivotal, Ocado, Nemetschek, Toptal. The foundation this academy relies on is: 1) having skilled mentors with a unique experience in the field and in mentoring, not just teachers that are doing presentations for a specific topic, 2) mentees (participants), that are having a plan, desire, skills, and persistence to complete those high goals, seeking mentors. Our Mentors, lead the mentees towards success, showing them simple steps to grow, distilled from their experience. This is what we do instead of doing courses in which all participants are just participating and waiting for knowledge to come out of the blue. We train and consult companies on different topics like High-quality programming, Building high-quality software engineering process, How to build software the right way - no matter if you're a startup or an enterprise company.
