Xact is an international IT consultancy company which builds bridges between old and new information technology. We convert and modernize data and IT solutions through customized, methodological processes, using automation and supported by our highly specialized tools and consultants.We have for example developed the two market leading tools XcodeCon and XdataCon which are widely used for making automatic conversions of source code and data when systems are converted og migrated.
We are also specialists in Mainframe systems and the challenges they provide. Effective and efficient maintenance of a mainframe platform requires a good overview of the systems, well tested processes, modern methods and good, reliable development tools. The new tools are Eclipse-based and run on Linux or Windows. They directly underpin modern methods such as Scrum, Agile, Model Driven Development (MDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD). As seen from this perspective modernization becomes, an efficient shortcut to higher productivity in system maintenance.
Xact is an IBM Premier Business Partner and market leading IBM Rational service provider. We are specialists in EGL as well as being highly certified in all of the Rational and Websphere software products. We also team up with other excellent developing companies who provide us with the professional tools we need to make our it-solutions stand out.
