Established as a family business in 2005, Xact Engineering started out as a general and precision manufacturing enterprise mostly servicing the construction industry. We have a national and global footprint. Among others, our local manufacture and mechanical repair workshop capabilities include but are not limited to the following;
CNC production-Turning, milling, and boring as well as manual conventional machining.
Gear manufacturing – Pinion shafts, crown wheel and pinion sets, spurs. Straight and spiral tooth bevels, single and double helical, girth gears, worms, sprockets, internal and external splining and slotting.
Fabrication Work- Light fabrication work is often also undertaken.
Repair work capabilities include but not limited to industrial gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders cladding and grinding of worn shaft, roller journals.
