At Xact Control we specialise in preventing Coding, Marking, Labelling and Packaging mistakes in industries such as Food, Beverage and Building Materials Manufacturing. Our software automates the application of vital product information such as batch, lot and best before date codes. It then confirms the printed information is correct and on the correct package or product. Based in the UK, Xact as a group has been in the food packing industry for almost 45 years being the UK distributors of Giro (machines and packaging) and Matthews marking equipment. Over this time, we have continued to increase our portfolio and now offer a comprehensive catalogue of packing and coding solutions. Xact Control was built around Xact customers who were looking for help with packaging and coding mistakes that were leading to expensive product recalls. With our unique understanding of packing machines, packaging, coding, marking and compliance, we developed a software package to support our customers in preventing these errors.
