We are a specialty coffee roasting company based in St-Pierre-de-Clages, Valais. We roast exceptional grains from selected terroirs with the utmost care. Our coffees meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability, well beyond the criteria set by labels. Our eco-responsible approach favors short circuits and the interaction between producers, roasters and consumers.
