XarSMART was born in 2023 to adress three pain points that researchers suffer from:
1 - I need money for my research.
2 - How can I protect my knowledge?
3 - How do I transform my science into a business?
Led by the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL), with support from a team of renowned Advisors and an Industry Board, we aim to increase the market value of Personalized Precision Medicine, Digital Health, and Data Science projects by helping our researchers.
How we do it? By providing them new toolkits and solutions for searching funds and valorisation of ideas, promoting collaboration between different institutions and the industry, contributing to the development of the skills of the network members and improving the translation of solutions to the National Health System.
