«ژاو» نامی فارسیست به معنای عصاره، خالص و چکیدهی هر چیز. «کارخانهی قهوهی ژاو» هم قرار است عصاره و چکیدهی هرآنچه به قهوه است را در خود جای دهد.
پاییز سال ۱۳۹۸ بعد از سالها فعالیت در صنعت قهوه تصمیم گرفتیم مجموعهای آکادمیک با هدف ارتقای این حوزه بنا کنیم. «کارخانهی قهوهی ژاو» بهعنوان نتیجهی این تصمیم، یک مرکز تحقیقاتی در حوزهی قهوه است که به تحقیق در بسترهای مختلفی مانند آموزش، برشتهکاری و توانمندسازی مجموعههای مرتبط با قهوه میپردازد.
در بخش تحقیق و توسعه همکاران ما همگام با علم روز دنیا و در ارتباط مستمر با افراد شاخص صنعت قهوه در سطح بینالمللی، دانش خود را بهروز نگه میدارند؛ دانشی که برای ارتقاء کیفی کارگاههای برشتهکاری و هر مجموعهی مشابهی ضروری است.
در بخش آموزش برگزاری مستمر دورهها و کارگاههای حضوری و آنلاین مطابق با استانداردهای بینالمللی برای علاقهمندان قهوه در تمام سطوح در اولویت ما قرار دارد.
در بخش برشتهکاری نیز دقت و حساسیت بالایی در انتخاب دانهی سبز به کار میبندیم تا قهوههای برشتهشدهی «کارخانهی قهوهی ژاو» همیشه با تجربهی جدیدی برای علاقهمندان قهوه همراه باشند.
Originating from a Persian concept, the word "Xav" / dʒɑv / means extract, pure, and abstract of everything; Xav Coffee works is supposed to contain the extract and abstract of everything that's related to coffee.
In the fall of 2018, having spent many years gaining experience in the coffee industry, we decided to establish an academic institute with the aim of promoting this field.
With a team of professionals, we plan to educate the next generation of baristas and roasting experts by providing online content and holding online and offline courses in accordance with international standards and valid sources. Also, with precise attention to details, we provide specialty-graded roasted coffee beans for cafes and home baristas.
Roasting coffee is an art and we try to pursue it by using high precision and sensitivity in choosing green beans, so the roasted coffee beans of “Xav” are always accompanied by a new experience for Coffee lovers.
