Xcelerate, a Singapore-headquartered operating and investing company, is establishing a comprehensive Environmental, Social, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (ESGRC) platform with the goal of offering end-to-end solutions to clients across global markets. With a strategy to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions, Xcelerate is building a strong foundation in the chosen domains. The journey began in November 2021 with the acquisition of Aparajitha, India’s market leader in statutory compliance services. Aparajitha provides extensive solutions across Employee, Contract Labour and Industrial compliances. With operations spanning 145+ locations in India, the company manages over 5,700 compliance tasks covering more than 170 acts, and serves a diverse client base of over 2,000+ organizations. In subsequent years, 3 related businesses - ComplyIndia, Simpliance Technologies and labour compliance business of Allsec Technologies - were acquired and integrated into Aparajitha establishing clear technological and market leadership. Expanding its presence and capabilities, Xcelerate acquired a strategic equity stake in Stirrup in April 2024, India’s largest provider of integrated and sustainability reporting solutions. This was followed by an investment in Gieom in June 2024, a well-regarded player specializing in operational risk management for the BFSI sector. Most recently, in December 2024, Xcelerate acquired a strategic equity stake in Carisma Solutions, a leading Australia-focused provider of business services in financial, tax, and regulatory compliance. Through these investments, Xcelerate is steadily emerging as a global leader in the ESGRC space, integrating market presence, domain expertise, and technological innovation to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
