Xcelevate is the brainchild of Umang Doctor, a Senior Director in a multinational organization based in the UK. He strongly believes in uplifting underprivileged populations through education and employment opportunities. After taking a break from his rewarding corporate career, he spent time educating children in rural areas. When given the chance to continue his social work while incorporating it into an employment initiative, he wholeheartedly accepted the offer. In this role, Umang was able to implement a program within his organization that focused on excellence rather than just academic degrees. Through this program, he has successfully placed over 65 young people in the past four years, many of whom have been promoted within their respective teams. This success speaks volumes about the quality of training and mentorship he has provided to these individuals. Drawing from his experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) around the world, Umang launched Xcelevate, a nation-building initiative. The organization was officially launched on August 15, 2024, on India's Independence Day, underscoring its commitment to building a better nation. Umang believes that nation-building is a collective effort, and all segments of society must be involved and uplifted. While the program focuses on underprivileged children, his vision remains centered on identifying and nurturing excellence, rather than compromising quality for the sake of quantity. Currently, Xcelevate is embarking on a journey to identify and support underprivileged talent across the country. We are partnering with like-minded nonprofits to travel this path together.
