XDC Trade Network is a complete suite of dApps on XDC Network that aims to redefine the global trade finance Industry by digitalising the entire process. Working closely with its solution eco-system partners it promises to deliver the following – - Interoperability of MLETR solutions - Funding for trade documents developed on a MLETR compliant solution It is built by linking proven utilities such as MLETR framework, Legacy and new Payment solutions, Tokenisation, Custodian Services & other echo-system partners across the blockchain universe. Eco system components: - Trade asset tokenisation platform o Tokenisation greatly speeds up transactions and increases efficiency by ensuring all parts of a transaction co-occur, in atomic settlement. o Provides control of real-world assets and the blockchain footprint by a full legally compliant process (Lock & Mint /Burn and release). This ensures that there is no “double spent” on any asset. o KYC service providers interface for ensuring KYC/AML/CTF screening of all participants (Lenders and borrowers) o KYT service providers interface by validating the data so that TBLM/Sanctions etc can be checked - TradeFineX Portal o Platform that provides SMEs to post their financing needs & submit bonafide supporting trade documents in a secured way o Lenders verify the borrower's credentials & documentation. Request for on-chain collateral if required to assess the creditworthiness of the borrower - TradeTrust Integration o Seamless integration with TradeTrust (IMDA backed & MLETR compliant) public utility built on Open attestation framework. o Ability to verify documents and transfer title of the assets represented by negotiable documents o Atomic swap of funds & title ownership using smart contracts, thereby building trust without centralised control. - Integration with regulated Custodian o Fund transfers happen thru custodians only
