Our mission is not just to make job seekers employable but to transform them into ready-to-contribute professionals through an intensive, relevant, and hands-on training program.
The journey of Xelate began in the middle of 2017. We were driven by the pain point faced by hiring managers—candidates with degrees but lacking practical skills. We recognized that real projects require much more than theoretical knowledge alone. One of the most affected groups by this challenge is start-ups that are not well-funded. With limited budgets and resources, it becomes incredibly difficult for them to attract and retain talented individuals. Xelate aims to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive approach to skill development. Our training program focuses on technical skills, soft skills, and project work under the expert mentorship of industry professionals.
What sets Xelate apart is our ability to assist individuals who have faced significant career gaps, with some even having gaps of more than a decade. For many of them, securing a job through Xelate has been their first opportunity after graduation. We are grateful to our hiring partners for believing in our vision and supporting us by dropping stringent job criteria such as recent year pass-outs and a minimum of 60% throughout academic records for entry-level hiring.
