In 2024, Xenia was acquired by Oaktree Capital Management, marking a key strategic milestone by gaining the backing and strength of one of the world’s leading alternative investment managers. Xenia has established a strong presence across the Iberian Peninsula, successfully financing real estate developments in strategic locations such as Madrid, the Costa del Sol, and Barcelona. Its portfolio includes a wide range of assets, including build-to-sell and build-to-rent residential projects, co-living spaces, and luxury hotels in prime tourist destinations. Since inception, Xenia has closed transactions totalling €275 million, financing both the acquisition of assets through bridge loans and the construction of real estate projects through development loans.
