The company was initially formed as a partnership in 2006, by the two existing directors David Grimes and Paul Haydock. The founders of the company had recently graduated from Cambridge University and had been exposed to an enormous amount of recruitment campaigns during their 4 years spent as students. This 'end user' exposure highlighted the need for more innovative and sustainable marketing techniques in order to capture (and retain) the attention of the best graduates.
