Xepics Mechanical Precision Parts is specialized in mechanics production. The production plant is equipped with the following departments: - CNC chip removal department; - Metrology room; - CAD / CAM office; - Tooling. CNC programming is supported by advanced CAM software. The dimensional check of the products and the report is carried out by skilled and qualified people with a high level CMM machine and certified traditional measuring instruments. The services beside the CNC production are: - 3D CAD design office composed of two engineers able to manage assemblies in all phases of development, design and implementation of the parts to be produced; - Reverse engineering; - Heat and chemical treatment management of the parts through qualified external companies; - Stock and materials warehouse according to customer needs. CNC Department is equipped with two DMG Mori machines: - a five-axis milling machine DMU95; - a five-axis and double spindle turning machine NTX2000.
