XIHUA Group is principally engaged in the iron and steel business, providing kinds of metallurgical materials and technical services to steel mills. The company was established since 1988 and mainly engaged in magnesia refractories, graphite carbon materials, continuous casting materials and equipment business. After 30 years of development, the company has established a comprehensive enterprise integrating product production, sales, and technical services. The company currently has three main plants, a magnesium refractories factory, a graphite carbon plant, and a continuous casting plant. At FREE TRADE ZONE of Dalian city,we had established a company to handle import and export business for the whole group.
The group was founded in the nineties of the 19th century, located in the world's magnesium resources which is in southern Liaoning Province,China. The company is engaged in the production and processing of magnesia refractories. After more than 30 years of development, the company now produces more than 200,000 tons magnesium refractories per year. Including magnesia raw materials (FM/DBM/CCM) more than 100,000 tons,unshaped magnesium bulk materials (ramming, spraying, tundish) more than 60,000 tons,and annual production of magnesium carbon brick for electric arc furnace and ladle working lining is more than 40,000 tons .Basically formed the entire production process from raw materials to finished products.
Since 2008, the Group invested in the construction of a graphite carbon plant, which mainly produces RP, HP, UHP graphite electrodes (diameter 50-650mm) and carburetant (CPC,GPC,graphite powder), The annual output is more than 15,000 tons.
The company’s products have good reputation among customers from Turkey, Russia, Vietnam, the United States, Mexico, Japan, India, etc., for high quality and competitive prices. The export ratio of company is from 0% to almost 50% now, and it is constantly expanding exporting business.
