Our principals have lived the construction industry practically all of their lives; our project managers have worked for Brown for up to 20 years, and our team, overall, is among the most experienced in our industry. We have a deep portfolio of successful experience across a range of project types, including multifamily housing, custom homes, retail and industrial developments. Specializing in negotiated design-assist and design-build projects, we manage developments from conception and planning through construction and commissioning.
