Xinú .- ‘nose’ in Otomí, a native language of Mexico.
Xinú is a handcrafted luxury brand that is born as a tribute to the abundance
and exoticism of the American Continent, evoking its richness through wonderful
olfactory stories expressed in multisensory ways.
It freely becomes a traveling seed that throughout the territory listens, explores,
learns, connects, collects, documents, imagines, and observes…
all while getting inspired by geographies, cultures, myths, people, colors, traditions,
flavors, knowledge, art, botany, science, music and literature,
always honoring the authentic and unrepeatable, craftsmanship, handmade objects, origins,
raw materials, the creative processes, collaborative and multidisciplinary spirit and the virtuous cycles.
Its collection of perfumes is enclosed inside a container blown glass;
made in collaboration with Nouvel Studio,
and handcrafted certified wood lids that aim to get us closer to create
a beautiful non-disposable object that endures and can be used in multiple ways,
giving them a permanent and ever changing second life.
While its candles hold the scent of a continent inside a handmade ceramic vessel
which replicates fragments and textures of nature, creating alluring aromas
that are also reflected into a line of hand rolled incenses, hand creams and soaps
that use natural botanical ingredients.
