n 2005, Xi Yan opened its doors as a private dining restaurant at Craig Road in Singapore, serving contemporary Asian cuisine with an emphasis on quality and creativity. At Xi Yan, we believe in the concept of food as art, appealing not only to our sense of taste, but also to our sight through creative presentation. Only the freshest of ingredients are used each day as preparation is specific to the number of reserved guests. Only Chef set menus are served. These are carefully arranged by our Chefs and is changed on a weekly basis. We do not use MSG nor lard in the preparation of our cuisines at Xi Yan. Reservation is required. Winning the F&B accolades in Singapore and Hong Kong are testaments to our commitment towards creative and quality food.
