XLABS UK, formerly Bright Horse, have a simple mission to fix the problem of inconsistent and incoherent service management processes across IT, HR, Facilities, Programme Offices and Finance. Our experience in the industry taught us that many internal departments still work in silos with immature processes and poor communication leaving them in need of improved IT services with a very demanding customer base. We soon realised that the problem was deeper than just this……
