Our mission is to change the demographic landscape of developers in the gaming industry. XPerience Studios was formed in 2020 to provide resources, mentorship, and game release support to underrepresented game developers.
Black Voices in Gaming (BVIG) is the first initiative from XPerience Studios, launched in 2020 to support Black game developers through showcases, accelerator programs, game development support, and funding. BVIG Showcases highlight the incredible contributions of Black creators to game development and the culture.
Our second initiative, Dames4Games was launched (by Destinee Cleveland) in 2022 as a platform for women to increase visibility and access across the industry. D4G supports women in the gaming industry by creating showcases and environments where all contributors to the culture feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
