XpertXperience is a tech platform designed to connect students with the employees of corporate companies for work experience, job-shadowing, networking, and coaching opportunities. We are solving the problem of inexperienced job-seekers, graduates having no networks in industries, and saving a lot of time for people who realise that the career they studied 3 - 5 years for, isn’t actually what they want to pursue. Furthermore, we are reducing mishiring costs for employers, tedious onboarding skill development waiting times, and positioning companies for better brand reach in the minds of fresh graduates, attracting higher quality employee applications.
