XR Inclusion

Virtual, Augmented & Mixed Reality (XR) technology is the next global computing platform. The new realities created by XR must include contributions from everyone to ensure the creation of a more equitable future. XR Inclusion (XRI) is a democratic initiative, led by a diverse group of global professionals and enthusiasts. Our mission is to empower historically underrepresented groups in the creation of a universally accessible immersive future. XRI achieves this mission by gathering and sharing important data about the state diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in the XR industry, offering professional mentorship and access to key resources, and through the amplification of diverse creators. XRI identifies systemic inequalities so actions can be taken to make the XR industry more inclusive to all.
