Xoliswa Tini Properties (XTP) is a South African 100% black woman-owned real estate agency. The first black agency to be franchised, XTP has an established network in the Eastern Cape (East London, King William's Town, Nelson Mandela Bay) and a growing footprint in Gauteng (Midrand and Pretoria). With over 70 employees, XTP offers residential and commercial property services. XTP also offers NQF4 and NQF5 accredited training to new entrants to the property industry through its Academy, the only black-owned academy in South Africa.
