Xtrable has been created with a simple mission; To the remove the barriers in accessing an untapped pool of diversely-abled talent. To achieve this, we have created a unique ecosystem that combines a highly configurable gamified training platform, with an AI-driven selection system that not only matches candidates to roles based on skills, but also considers individual challenges and traits. These two components are underpinned by the drive to build a network of educational, charity and corporate partners dedicated to reducing the friction of both recruitment and ongoing support of diversely-abled talent.
